The programme is managed and implemented by the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) Business School's Leadership Academy in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

The aim of the South Sudan Executive Leadership Programme is to prepare South Sudanese government officials for future leadership positions.
